New Hire Entry Options / Fee
Hi [Client Name],
I want to remind you of our updated policy for entering new hires into
iSolved. Client options are to either:
Enter new hire
information directly into iSolved using the New Hire Wizard
or
If you’d like help entering employees directly, please see the training
resource links below.
New Hire Entry Instructional Resources: PDF or Video
If our team is asked to manually enter a new hire on your behalf, a $15
one-time fee per employee will be added to your next payroll invoice to cover
the administrative time and resources required.
Did you know we also
offer an employee on-boarding service? It is an electronic method of collecting
all of the employee's information, personal, direct deposit, tax, etc. All you
do is add the employee’s email address. From there, the employee receives an
email to start their registration process. They complete their information, you
get the final email to “hire” them. The last step is to add their pay rate and
BOOM, you’re done! It costs $20 per month for unlimited on-boarding. If you do
not have access to the
on-boarding module, I can have our HR Administrator
provide details on that service. Are you interested in this service?
Thanks for your attention to this update, and please let me know how
you’d like to proceed.
